read moreOur family owned/operated store was founded in 1971, as Cape Cod Skin Diving School of Fairhaven by my Dad, Bob Mercer, Sr. In the early 80's, the store moved to Pope's Island & was re-named Whaling City Sea, Ski, & Outdoor Sports. I took the helm shortly there after expanding product offerings to include winter sports. Nearly 50 years later, Bob's Sea & Ski has returned to it's home in Fairhaven, MA as a second-generation brick and mortar store who continues to proudly offer cutting edge dive, snorkel, ski, snowboard, & spearfishing equipment.
