Body By Ginny has Evolved over a period of the past 6 years. After receiving her Personal Training Certification and working for other firms Ginny applied her experience and knowledge in fitness and Nutrition and started training tiny neighborhood groups in and around Northern Virginia. Body By Ginny is a Core Strength and Conditioning Program. Our workouts focus on Cardiovascular Endurance, Strength, Flexibility, Coordination, and Balance. Each of these is just as important to the elite athlete as it's to the average exerciser and to our grandparents!

read moreThere are no fees to join BbG! The only thing you "join" is a group of other fun outdoor fitness enthusiasts. We're all here for the same reasons; to get in shape, to stay physically fit, to challenge ourselves and to connect with nature. Most of our exercisers pay a monthly fee of $135. This entitles our clients to attend any class that we offer, any location, any time. We never require you to stick to a particular class. In fact, we love our exercisers to mix and match classes and instructors and take advantage of the 7 locations and 20 classes we offer each week.

Clean eating means consuming the most nutritious foods in their most natural state: Think food from the earth. Eat as many dark leafy greens as you can starting at breakfast. They are the most nutrient dense foods available to us and are considered "disease preventers." Think of food as fuel instead of the answer to your emotional needs; you'll be more likely to choose nutritious foods, maintain a healthy weight, and have lots of energy throughout the day.
