Kenneth E. Collins established the company in 1976 because he enjoyed helping firms and individuals with their accounting and tax requirements. Rick Boike joined the company in 1980 as Partner and Manager of the Charlotte office. Mike Moore joined the company in 2003 as Partner and works primarily out of the Monroe office. Todd Plyler joined the company as a Partner in 2008 and works primarily out of the Charlotte office. Ken Collins retired in 2008 from the company, and from full time service. Full-Service Payroll, Full-Service Bookkeeping to include out-sourcing, and Accounting Software Consulting are a few of the specialty services that cater to the unique requirements of our customers.

In addition to many years in public practice, he has held the top financial position for two privately owned companies and has served in middle management for two largely held companies. Mike specializes in corporate and individual tax, construction accounting, corporate budgeting and planning, financial statement preparation and software consulting. Mike received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Major in Accounting from UNC-Charlotte.
