I found the perfect dress in one visit. Norma was wonderful to work with and I am happy I made the trip to Andover!

Donna was wonderful with me choosing a dress for my sons wedding. She spent a lot of time with me and I never felt rushed. It was an excellent experience. Thank you.

The location, conveniently located off of two major highways, with ample parking there is no reason to travel to downtown Boston. I started my appointment stress free! The shop is spacious with tons of natural light. I have been to other urban places where I feel squished.

Gretchen the owner has exceptional taste. She curates her selection to only include the most beautiful, well crafted designers. I chose to plan a wedding in under six months. This can be a huge challenge when finding a wedding dress. We picked from her sample sale options so I would not have to rush order. Gretchen pulled dresses she knew would flatter my figure. There was a huge selection with tons of variety! The hardest part was narrowing down my choices.

The seamstresses are so helpful and sweet. They really help you envision what the dress will look like after alterations. I was very confident with my choice after talking to them about my concerns.

I highly recommend Boston Bridal Atelier. Wonderful staff, exquisite gowns, and don't forget to also book your mother for an appointment with Donna! Largest selection of "mother of" I've ever seen.

I had a wonderful experience at BBA! They have a very wide range of silhouettes, fabrics, etc. so I was able to try lots of different styles. Jenna was my stylist- she was lovely, so helpful, and I never felt pressure from her. She was very patient with all the questions from my party as well. When I found a contender, they brought out the seamstress to show what alternations will look like, which sealed the deal! And they also served us tea. Overall great experience!

I had such a lovely experience at this shop (after finding it on TikTok). Emma was enthusiastic, compassionate, and so thoughtful. She never made me feel pressured and was constantly checking in on me. This was my first ever appointment for a bridal gown, so I was a little nervous. Emma made me feel safe and special. My experience at Boston Bridal Atelier was amazing, I went with my sister to find her wedding dress and everyone in the staff was great and easy to work with. They made us feel comfortable and Sarah helped my sister try on exactly was she was looking for, we didn't feel rushed at all. They took the time at the beginning of the appointment to learn more about what she wanted and the vibe she was going for with the wedding (price range, venue, bridesmaids, etc). We were clear about the alteration process and timelines, the seamstresses were very kind, professional and attentive with several years of experience. If you are thinking about making an appointment here, don't think twice!

Bought my wedding dress and the mother of the bride dress here. Emma was amazing and so helpful. And for my alterations I couldnt have been more happy with Margaret, she had to take my dress in a lot and you would have never known. They were both so pleasant and I couldnt have asked for a better experience.

I volunteer for a non-profit that provides clothing to families that are most in-need. A request came in from a high school senior looking for a prom dress. We didnt have any to offer so I decided to call around to local dress shops hoping someone could help. Although many people wanted to lend a helping hand they just didnt have the inventory and ultimately couldnt donate any dresses. Luckily, I didnt give up and I called Boston Bridal Atelier.
I spoke with the owner, Gretchen, and before I even finished my request she said she would love to help. The woman who helped me was friendly and knowledgeable. She pointed to multiple racks of dresses and told me to choose as many as I liked. I couldnt believe it!! I left there with a car load of dresses in every color and style. I had so many dresses that I had to find a second organization that could distribute the dresses to students.
No child should miss the prom because they cant afford a dress. Because of Boston Bridal Atelier a lot of kids were able to attend their prom, looking gorgeous and feeling great while wearing a brand new, stylish dress.
I will forever recommend this shop. Not only for their beautiful selection of dresses but for their kindness and willingness to help those in need.
