Bours Health Center P. C. Is a private medical practice delivering family planning services, including vasectomy and abortion, since 1975. We currently have 3 medical offices serving Oregon, SW Washington, Idaho and northern California. Bours Health Center was founded by W. A, Peter? Bours M. D. And his wife, Joan Moss M. N. R. N. Dr. Bours has been delivering therapeutic abortions and vasectomies since 1976. All procedures at all three offices are performed by Dr. Bours.
