Since 1991, the Brandywine staff has been engaged in the leasing, management and development of a significant portfolio of real estate. Our business was originally established to acquire historically certified properties, converting them into commercial, domestic and mixed-use complexes and, on a continuing basis, lease and manage the expanding portfolio.
