Bristol Management's philosophy of management is a profession requiring specialists. It is our job to inform the Board of Directors what has successfully worked in other communities, not only here, but nationally. It is the Board of Directors who set policies that we, as management, implement on a day-to-day basis. By informing the Board of Directors of all the issues, preparing bids, specifications, qualifying contractors and evaluating contracts, we feel we can guarantee the most economical and efficient operation of the Association.
