There is a $20 fee PER APPLICATION. Any person aged 18 or older must submit an application. All applicants must be approved, or the entire prospective rental party will be denied. Applicant signatures are required on page 2 of the application, or we will not legally be able to process the application. Credit Report: There is a $20 fee for each applicant to pay for a credit report.
