Today, Craig wrangles rig books, customer requests, and a small tornado of paperwork for Bronco as the Domestic Sales Manager. If it weren't for his salt-and-pepper hair, you'd think he were younger because of his high energy, quick wit, and easy smile.

After 15 years at Bronco, he's learned to appreciate the delicacy of timing and a good hunch, and the pursuit of wild, unlikely ideas. Upon hearing that a solid business in India wouldn't be possible, Bruce made it his mission to prove the opposite. Today, Bruce manages all of our sales efforts in India, and all the details and relationships that come with it. Some might shudder at the idea of making deals in unfamiliar lands, but Bruce manages to make it look easy.

We're not sure about the demanding part, but with so much riding on her work, it makes sense. Yuni handles Bronco's sales business in the Far East region, but we like to think of her work more like relationship management. She's friends with her clients on Facebook, and even answers when a problem comes through via text message late at night. She loves working with her Bronco family, and makes sure her customers feel that same family-style support at every touchpoint.

More than 20 years worth of experience in the drilling manufacturing industry made him plenty qualified for the position, but it was his old-school commitment to customer service (nothing beats actually speaking to someone) that made him a shoe-in. Today he still fields every single call personally, and oversees both the Houston and International sectors of Bronco's sales efforts- but don't for a second think he's all business.

Lucky for us, Joe handles anything we throw at him with ease, but that comes with the territory. The truth is, when you're running a rig with a 1975 NOV draw works out in the middle of nowhere and a bearing goes out, you're gonna wanna call Joe. Why? He's your guy. He's all about customer satisfaction, and he knows his stuff.

It's this same matter of fact, get 'er done spirit that drives Max's work at Bronco, and keeps him moving forward, dreaming big, and working toward his goal of conquering the drilling contractor industry-or in the very least, making Bronco a household name amongst each and every one of its players (you know, simple stuff.). When it comes to a typical day in the office, he says no two are the same.
