In 1973, Brookwood Medical Center was established by a group of physicians who wanted to provide our community exceptional healthcare with high standards for quality and service. Almost forty years later, that same commitment remains today. From building Alabama's 1st women's hospital and achieving numerous quality distinctions and awards for our care to providing technology and programs that aid improve the lives of our patients, we consistently aim to set the standard for our healthcare community.
