Broussard's

In 1945, Otis and Amida Broussard followed their musical dreams and opened a piano boutique in the Evangeline Hotel in Houma, Louisiana. In the early days, Amida managed the store while Otis honed his skills as a musician and piano technician. In 1947, Otis and Amida moved the store and family to the Gulf Coast of Mississippi. At a young age, their son Byron became interested and began working within the family business and is carrying on the musical tradition today.
