Excellent service
We had a broken valve on a tub and the water flowing into the tub could not be shut off. In order to shut off the tap, we had to shut of the water for the entire building. Although all the service tech's were booked solid, Teresa took our call and got Charlie out to our apartment building right away to fix the problem. As a result of Bruce's excellent service, none of our residents were inconvenienced! Value for Money

Professional service!
As cliché as this sounds I couldn't recommend them more highly. We have been using them to service our radiant heat/boiler system since 2013. Most of the work they've done incredibly quickly but there was one time that the boiler failed and the issue wasn't straight forward. You discover the level of integrity of someone when things don't go exactly to plan. It took some time for them to diagnosis the problem but the issue was finally resolved. We expected a HUGE bill for the amount of time they spent on it but they were incredibly restrained with the charge. They also replaced our water heater under warranty which could have gone either way. Theresa and Charlie are the best. We are so grateful that they are out there. You'll think so too. Value for Money
