I was a previous customer and left but came back because they are easy to work with and dont increase your monthly rent every 6 months

Manny has great customer service. Very knowledgeable of his job. Main office is clean and smells great. The prices are decent. Amanda at Rockwell answered all questions before I went to Roy city office. Making the paper process quick. Property is very clean as well.

My experience with BTA Self Storage has been terrific. I brought a 35 foot Motorhome from Ohio
and wanted to come in on a Sunday when their office is closed. Brianna took my calls and was very helpful getting all of the paperwork done with emails. She provided exceptional customer service. If only everyone was that pleasant to deal with. BTA should be very proud to have her as an associate.

I just set everything up yesterday, but so far so good. I talked to the office manager on Monday, told her what I wanted, and she had the unit reserved and the paperwork ready to go on Tuesday when I was able to come in. Debra was very friendly.
