Age Discrimination
read moreEmployers should value experienced, older workers, especially as the American workforce ages. However, in today's job market, this isn't always true. Age discrimination is one of the fastest-growing employment discrimination claims in the U.S. Often, employers discriminate against older workers because they can pay younger workers less.

I have been quite fortunate to have Ed Buckley represent me in a workplace age discrimination situation. He has also judiciously advised me in several other legal matters. I find Ed's integrity, experience, legal knowledge, compassion and commitment to justice exceptional. He lives by the wisdom he freely shares with others. That is, to "wake up every day with the desire to give back.

It will prolong your life and improve the lives of others." I am more than happy to recommend Ed Buckley and Buckley Bala Wilson Mew LLP to others. You cannot find better legal representation.

I reached out to Buckley Bala Wilson Mew almost immediately after a situation at work where nothing seemed to make a lot of sense, to the point where I knew it wasn't about me. BBWM sent a very direct and firm response to my employer at that time, gave me strategic advice that was as simple as following, and 6 months later - I had an outcome that was satisfactory to me!

My daughter had a very sensitive incident at her former place of employment. I was impressed by how quickly we were contacted and how sensitive the intake person was towards her and the situation. I hope the firm represents her case because she deserves this. After 3.5 years of emotional and mental ups and downs, I feel the firm would be a good fit for her and could protect and convey her fully.

Ed's firm was referred to me by multiple other attorneys for being the "go to" when I encountered what was determined to be a case for age discrimination. I primarily worked with Joseph through the process. They are consummate professionals and the best around. I was professionally and fairly advised on process and in making my decisions in finalizing my matter to my satisfaction. If you have an employment related issue, go no where else.

Ashley and Ed were fantastic to work with. They were able to take some very complicated legal concepts and break it down in a way that I could easily understand. They worked hard representing me and I was very pleased with the final outcome. I would work with them again.

Ed Buckley is a superhero lawyer. He single handed my saved our city of Clarkston from property Values sinking and crime rates rising when the entire police force was about to quit and the police chief hired him to represent her in her discrimination case in her dispute with the city manager. Thank God Ed got it all resolved for us. The chief is still with us and the city manager is on her way out. Ed was able to get a difficult problem solved and we as a city are very appreciative for his great help, expertise and skill set in achieving a resolution. He really deserves a super hero award!

I cant say enough positive things about Ed Buckley and his firm. He helped my husband when he was wrongfully terminated from his job and felt helpless to get a resolution. Ed took the time to understand the parameters and was able to get us the results we had hoped for. His attention to the details of the situation and knowledge of the laws cannot be under-rated.

Not sure what we would have done without him. His staff kept us informed when Ed was busy with other clients. Even almost two years later when a new development came up regarding the case, he jumped in to help out and resolve the issue. Can I give them 10 stars? Thank you Ed and team!

After being told by several attorneys that they couldn't help with my case, I was given Ed Buckleys information from a friend. Calling Mr. Buckley was the best decision I could have made. He took my case, talked me through every step of the process and got me great results. I highly recommend him.
