Some of these policies are set in place because we are licensed by Social Services and must follow these guidelines. read moreOur classroom teachers have undergone extensive training in order to become a caretaker of our students. All of our staff members receive an initial lead teacher training consisting of over 20 clock hours in Child Development, Health and Safety, Discipline, Activity Planning, and Building Family Relationships. Employees continue enrichment in the early childhood field by completing 36 hours of training each year. Each employee at our center also completes an FBI fingerprint background check as well as a Search through the central registry of Social Services.
