My name is Eric Deutsch. I have lived in and around the Pittsburgh area all my life. I've been investing in real estate since 1996, inspecting houses and buildings since 1999, and have been renovating properties since 2000. I'm certified with NACHI (National Association of Certified Home Inspectors) and I abide by their strict Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics. I understand how important it's to know the condition of the home or building before you buy. I believe having a 3rd party, objective opinion on such a huge purchase is a must.
