Duane Metcalf, a Colorado native, has been a licensed CPA since 1983. He received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Colorado with a major in accounting and minors in statistics and finance. He received his Master in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting from the University of Northern Colorado. He has worked with tiny to very huge firms both publicly and closely held businesses. His work experience includes liquidation/forensic accounting, litigation support, IRS consultation and income tax planning and preparation for individuals and all kinds of entities.
