Scott has been to my house several times and always provides wonderful service.He remembers me, my house and is incredibly thorough, polite, friendly and makes things easy!
Fast forward to January, 2019....I called on a Monday because my furnace was acting up. Scott was there Tuesday morning and let me know what would be needed to get it up to speed. After talking through things, I came to the decision it was time to replace the entire furnace. Scott didn't try to "sell" me on anything. He did, however, talk me through options and let me make my decision. By Thursday, I had a brand new furnace installed-the house was left immaculately clean-you couldn't tell anyone had been there! They completed the warranty paperwork for me-again, making it EASY!
Go with Butler-you will not be disappointed!

Sean was amazing. Our furnace went down during a cold spell and of course on the weekend. Sean came out immediately and diagnosed the problem for us. Thrilled by their sense of urgency and honesty. Value for Money
