Since 1987, C1 Truck Driver Training has been delivering that best quality truck driver training to students driving for the nation's most reputable trucking firms. The school's roots trace back to the leader in diesel engines, the Cummins Engine Co. Back then, Cummins executives recognized the largest problem that their engine client's faced was a lack of qualified, well-trained truck drivers. Cummins Professional Training Center, as the school was originally known, was established to aid ease the driver shortage. In 1991, the school was purchased from Cummins.
