Cambridge Property Management. Was began in 1999. We're a property management and development firm specializing in the design, construction and management of student and domestic housing. Cambridge currently owns or manages over 300 apartments around the Bradley campus and Peoria area. Cambridge completed the St. James Place apartment community at Bradley University, a development consisting of 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom apartments.
