Canon U. S. A. s Government Marketing Division (GMD) was set up in 1979 specifically to serve federal, state and local clients nationwide. The GMD supplies sales, service and maintenance of office technology to government agencies. The GMD holds and participates in numerous GSA, Federal and State and Local government contracts which allow the marketing of Canon's full array of products, including multifunction imaging systems, copiers, facsimiles, color graphic systems, micrographics and digital imaging equipment.
