Cape Sewer & Drain was the first company to call me back when I had a stubborn kitchen drain clog and Patrick made time for me in his busy schedule. With the age of the house, he was pretty sure it was years worth of old grease built up in the pipes which usually requires a high pressure clean out that is very expensive. Fortunately, he was willing to give the snake a try first and it worked! Making a potentially huge repair expense much more manageable. No more clog! Patrick was here today to replace a toilet. It looks and works great and he was done so quickly. He is a pleasant and polite young man. I will definitely use him again if I need a plumber!

This the ONLY Plumber your home needs. I'm still in Awe as I write this. Thinking the the kitchen fauct link may not be a simple replacement he called on a restoration company to come and check. He was right, there was mold bidden under the base cabinets and even into the adjacent wall with the living room. They even made sure the repairs are covered by my homeowners insurance and took the time to expalain how to use the internet for getting on the Ins web site to confirm the policy. Both companies treated me like I was their mom. People before profit. (AND with Heart)

We discovered a broken pipe in our front yard that we were unable to repair. Called Cape Sewer and Drain in the morning and Patrick was at our house early afternoon (even earlier than the original time frame and gave me an hour's notice that he was on his way). He is knowledgeable and professional. Patrick got the job done even in the pouring rain. I plan on having Cape Sewer and Drain come out to make other repairs.

Patrick came out today to replace a 2-way cleanout that I broke when I hit it with my lawnmower. He arrived early after calling to see if we were okay with him coming over before the scheduled time. In less than an hour he had the old cleanout removed and the new one installed. The price was fair and the quality of his work was excellent. If we need a plumber again in the future we will call Patrick first.

Pat got me right. he installed a fresh new toilet and it looks great.

In August Pat came to our home to redo plumbing under our kitchen sink. While there he noticed that our hot water heater wasn't up to code. Within 2 hours he had replaced our hot water heater and redone the plumbing under our kitchen sink at a fairly decent price. In October Pat came and replaced a nozzle on our kitchen sprayer in a matter of minutes.

We are very impressed with the knowledge and character of Pat and this family owned company. I would definitely recommend him and this company for any plumbing needs in the Tampa Bay Clearwater area.
