Established in 1997 by local citizens concerned about the lack of health care in community. Situated in the middle of Mid-city Baton Rouge. Private Non-profit Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) Guided by a consumer-majority board of directors. Services offered by a dedicated team-many live in the community. Services are provided by culturally sensitive team. All services offered without regard to capability to pay (based on sliding fee scale)
