All of our lead teachers are certified in infant and pediatric CPR and First Aid and are experienced in Early Childhood Education. All staff members must obtain continuing education credits and participate in professional development trainings annually. Criminal Record Checks and Child Protective Service Checks are processed on each staff member. Criteria for employment also includes that each staff member has a tender, caring, and loving affection for children and a strong desire to encourage their optimal growth in all areas of childhood development.
