Steve Kal, a founding principal of the Colorado Association of Mortgage Brokers and the Association's 1st Vice President, is the sole proprietor of Capitol Financial Center (CFC) a Colorado based mortgage banking company that specializes in delivering complete service commercial and domestic real estate financing. Since 1984 CFC's aim has been to supply a mortgage that perfectly meets customer's requirements and desires at the lowest possible price on the right possible terms.
