Ruben, the tech who came out to help, was very professional and fixed my A/C up with a quickness. My dog liked Ruben and she doesn't like anyone! You never know who you're gonna get when you call a company that has someone come to your home, but I was completely impressed with this company and will refer people to them every chance I get.
