Cardinal provided construction management services for the renovation of the First Floor computer lab within the Salisbury Laboratories building on the Worcester Polytechnic Institute campus. Cardinal completed an extensive renovation of 5,500 sq-ft of the Salisbury Lab Building at Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI), converting laboratories into offices and classrooms for faculty members and students.

We have completed many projects serving as Owner's Project Manager for our clients, who were so impressed with Cardinal's management approach and attention to detail, that they then turn to us to construct their small to mid-size "special projects" as well.
