read moreThe Career Success Play Center offers a chance for our students who have children to stay in school and earn a diploma while getting help with the daily responsibilities of parenthood for a minimal charge. Although the number of teen pregnancies has dropped across the country, the goal of Career Success is to prevent teens from leaving school to care for babies, with the added bonus of offering students resources and training in early childhood development. Students who utilize the Play Center are required to participate in the training at least one class period per day and, in addition, are able to earn academic credit.

read moreFirst, most schools, especially the large ones do not have the time to give every student the attention they need. By attention I mean, help them and give them the support they need to get through high school. We have an advisement program where every teacher and staff member serves as an advisor or counselor to each student and follows their progress until graduation. Completing high school is very important for a child's future. Many students come to us who are behind in credits, have not been motivated by previous schools, may need to work to help support their family, has a baby, and the list goes on.

read moreWE at the Career Success Schools believe that "Our Philosophy" and the staff's commitment to it is the thread that binds us and makes us successful with all students. Core curriculum classes in English, Math, Social Studies and Science emphasizing skills in Reading, Writing and Math. The State of Arizona has adopted College and Career Readiness Standards. Teaching and having students master the standards for each subject is vital. Tutoring is available if needed. Elective classes of high interest to the student.
