Carlos was an excellent real estate professional to have on my side when purchasing a 4 unit property he had listed in Pacific Beach. He maintained control of the reigns throughout our speedy transaction and got the job done. Carlos has an incredible work ethic and sent me on & off market deals to glance at almost daily for over a year until the right property had my name on it.

My mom needed help finding the perfect home near the beach area, and he did it! She had a long list of special requests and he met each one, including the newly resurfaced pool. Carlos is the best! My husband and I recently moved to San Diego from the East. After searching for a home to buy with another real estate agent, we were frustrated. We used Carlos Gutierrez and the Paradise Found team to sell our home in Mission Beach a few months ago. It was a great experience, Carlos and his team helped us through every step of the process and made the selling of our home go extremely smoothly for both us and the buyers.
