This practice was created to assist local employees with regaining their pre-injury or pre-disease status. Our second office opened in Wilmington, N.C. in July 2003. Our Brunswick County division, opened its doors in August 2004, partnered by Scott Stephens, PT, MS, Mary Francis Stoker, PT, MHA, DPT., and Scott Thomas, PT, BSc., Cert. M.D.T., CGS. Collectively they d/b/a/ Brunswick Physical Therapy Associates, (BPTA) a division of Carolina Rehabilitation, Inc. BPTA has four offices that are conveniently located in Shallotte, Ocean Isle Beach, Southport and Supply, NC.
