I was 1st introduced to chiropractic in 1998 when I fell in my exercise class and injured my neck and low back. I was in a wealth of pain, and did what most people would do, I went the medical route. I tried a huge array of remedies: painkillers, exercises, massage, physical therapy, and even acupuncture. After six months, however, my pain had not gone away and was actually getting worse. Finally, as a last resort, I went to a chiropractor. Amazingly, I felt a LOT better after only a few of visits.
