The Catering Collaborative has proved itself as one of Southern New England's most respected full-service catering firms by delivering superb service and dedicating ourselves to making every event memorable. Our firm was set up in May, 1993, by a staff of talented and hard-working culinary specialists. Several of the Providence area's most reputable catering specialists put together full-service events of all kinds. The firm continues to expand under the guidance and hard work of owner/operators Carol Connolly and Amy Sousa.
