We just had our roof replaced by Vincent and his team and had such a great experience with them. Excellent communication from the quote process through final execution of the job. Not only was he able to squeeze us into his schedule with short notice, but he offered a very competitive bid , used quality materials and the team did a beautiful job. Vincent is old school which unfortunately is a rare quality in many of contractors today. He arrived at our appointment on time to review our roof repair project, he provided a quote in a timely matter which I believe was a fair price and his crew arrived on time as scheduled and completed the work to our satisfaction. I am very pleased with the project from start to finish. Vin kept me in the loop, texted me when the dumpster and materials would be arriving. Crew promptly arrive the day scheduled. Stripped old roof, replaced some plywood, finished the roofing job before the end of the day. Did an excellent job cleaning up, even had a magnet to pickup all the nails on the ground. The crew was courteous and hard workers. Very pleased with the service and the final price was the price quoted - no extras.

Contracted Vin and CD Roofing to replace an existing roof. Vin handled the estimate himself and provided an on-the-spot written estimate. Vin walked me through exactly what would be done with the house, flashing, drip edge, ice barrier, etc. Once confirmed, Vin handled everything and kept in touch the whole time; he confirmed the start day/time and the crew arrived on time. The workers were respectful and extremely hard working. The roof was completed in one day and you couldn't even tell they were here since they left the property and lawn in better shape than they found it. If you are thinking of a new roof, make sure you call Vin and CD Roofing; it's his business so he cares.
