Over the past 4 decades, Iowa's capital city has expanded its influence as a main Midwestern center of business and industry. Since 1969 Civil Engineering Consultants has expanded to become Des Moines' premier civil engineering and landscape architecture company. Des Moines is our home, and we take pride in planning, engineering and designing its future. Landscape Architectural Consultants, a division of CEC, was introduced in the spring of 1996. CEC has a long history of employing landscape architects and planners for their site design expertise.
