This practice is excellent from the moment you walk through the door! You are met with the 2 outstanding front office people, Celeste and Angela, who are the consummate professionals!! They handle all of the insurance administrative activities in a professional and timely manner.
I then was met by Mardie, the dental assistant, and Mardie got me situated for my tooth extraction. She completely put me at ease and prepared me for the procedure.
I then met with Dr. Janiga, who performed the procedure. His deft and gentle approach from administering the Novocain to the final stich was painless and efficient. Dr. Janiga and Mardie kept me informed through the whole procedure which kept me at ease.
I couldn't give a Dental practice a higher recommendation!! They are now my new family practice!!

It is an aggravated assault In Louisiana to bite someone with your false teeth but simple assault if you bite someone with your natural teeth. Jaw muscles can provide about 200 pounds of force to bring the back teeth together for chewing. The average human produces 25,000 quarts of spit in a lifetime, enough to fill two swimming pools.

There are additional ways to help keep teeth strong and healthy. Toothpastes and mouth rinses with fluoride are available over-the-counter. Eating a balanced diet and limiting sugary snacks can also contribute to good oral health. When you can, drink a glass of water after meals. This can help wash away sugars from foods and drinks.

With bonding, Dr. Ura can correct cosmetic imperfections including chips, permanent stains, slight misalignments, and misshapen teeth. He can also close wide or uneven spaces between the teeth. The doctor uses composite material tinted to blend invisibly with your smile, so the result is quite natural looking. With good maintenance, bonding can last for five to seven years. Then it should be replaced with new bonding or veneers.
