Our Corporation was established in 1982, primarily dealing in oilfield engine & transmission rebuild and exchange. We became a truck dealer in 1985, and branched out into all kinds of engine and transmission sales. In 1990 we opened a new department dealing in electric power generator rentals, service, repairs and sales. In 1999 we became involved with AQMD and CARB in delivering engine repowers to suit mandatory regulations and helping our customers obtain funding through various sources.
