In that time, we have grown from our start as a mail-order operation run out of a two-bedroom apartment to being a chain with five retail stores serving consumers and corporations all around the Bay Area. Over the decades, we have been part of the evolution of computing and technology and have kept growing while competitors shut down. We feel privileged to develop deep relationships in serving our customers: from gamers to artists to engineers, and small businesses to enterprises like Intel, Nvidia, Samsung, and the City and County of San Francisco.

We communicate honestly and transparently to build trust with our customers. We provide our customers with the products and services that they need, at a low cost. We have a $29 diagnostic fee that goes towards the final cost of repair. We will take your computer and find out what's causing the issue and let you know what the next steps are.

Coronavirus
read moreDue to short-staffing and extra safety precautions, we will be continuing our reduced store hours until further notice. All stores are allowing Orders at the Door, Curbside Pick-up, and Shipping. All stores are allowing limited in-store browsing. Tech repair services will not be available on weekends. You will have the option to drop off or pick-up a repair, but techs will not be available on weekends. To start an Out of State return, you may request a return through the Contact Us form on our website.
