read moreCENTRIC Architecture has had a long tradition of the 'pioneering spirit'. Dating back to 1955, Centric is one of the oldest architectural firms in middle Tennessee. Through different names, mergers, and leadership transitions our firm has carried that pioneering spirit through from the jump. From beginning a historic preservation office in 1960's Nashville when no one really knew what "preservation" meant, to our early office in 1970's Germantown, where our closest neighbors were 3 prostitutes named Foxy, Bunny, and Go-rilla, to our current office in The Trolley Barns, when the previous occupants (among the abandoned bus parts and former swat team training targets) included the occasional graffiti artist and a few sewer rats.
