read moreThe story of this family owned business began about 60 years ago when tile setting master craftsman Richard Stark founded a tile company in Wimmental, a small town in Southern Germany. Richard's son Werner followed in his father's footsteps by placing second in a national tile setting competition and later receiving his master's degree in tile setting. Werner Stark became CEO of his family's company in the early 1980s. Life changed in 1986 when Werner followed his lifelong dream of moving to America.
