Ceres-Snow Enterprises is an online bookstore that began in January of 2006. Our business has increased from a tiny inventory of few hundred to over 32, 000 items. Our mission is to supply quality, accurately described items to our clients and to supply client service which is 2nd to none. A client may return any item to us within 5 days of receipt for any reason provided we're notified in advance. Clients will be refunded in full upon return receipt minus a 15% restocking fee as well as our cost of shipping. However, if we're at fault, we'll refund fully with no deductions.
