In 1922, Anthony Bruno, a 14 year old orphan, assisted a local contractor using a mule to pull their trucks out of a Pittsburgh mud hole. At that moment George Geyer Contracting hired the young boy and started teaching him the carpentry trade. Later, Anthony instilled in his son, Bob, the core values of hard work, honesty, and quality craftsmanship from his generation. Bob Bruno began his general contracting business in 1964 and began remodeling Pittsburgh homes.
