Certified Home Remodelers are a very professional company. Installation of the sliding glass door was done in less than a day. My porch and apartment were left immaculately clean. They even rolled up my rug and took down the vertical blind, then reinstalled everything when they were done. Certified Home Remodelers has completed multiple projects for us: kitchen remodel, bathroom remodel, insulated our attic and corrected a mistake made by another contractor that prevented proper ventilation in the attic, replaced a sliding glass door, installed windows, replaced the front door and front storm door, and made improvements to drainage at the bottom of the basement stairs. I had the bathroom in my 70 year old house remodeled. Im very pleased with the result. Brad and his team are knowledgeable and experienced, explained everything in a way I could understand, and answered all of my questions. Good, open communication from beginning to end. Managed the unexpected items that arise when working with an older home in a forthright manner. I would use them again.

Initially we called Brad Jessup of Certified Home Remodelers to come in to discuss remodeling our outdated kitchen. However, our primary bathroom began leaking, even before we could get info about our kitchen redo! Brad was going out of town, but fit us in his busy schedule to take a look at the problem. Based on the issues he saw, he strongly recommended the bathroom take priority. The costs were in line with other contractors, but it was talking about his long career in the business and suggestions about a total renovation that convinced us to have Certified Home Remodelers do the work.

The renovation had its issues because our bathroom was a previous homeowner's or contractor's sloppy work, or perhaps it wasn't code for certain things when it was built. Fortunately, the team of specialists Brad always uses (plumbers, carpenter, flooring, window replacement, etc.) were all great, and spent the extra time fixing the old problems, a few being serious problems.
In fact, as disruptive as it is for a homeowner to have workers coming in and out of the house, without exception the guys Brad hires for these jobs are top-notch, friendly, respectful, professional, and all-around great guys who kept us informed daily with their work plans and schedule. We really appreciated that.

Brad and his company, Certified Home Remodelers, lived up to and even exceeded our expectations for the job. The bathroom looks fantastic! I have used Brads company, Certified Home Remodelers, since the early 2000s. I have purchased vinyl windows, all types of doors (patio, entry and garage), vinyl siding, window shutters, roofs, and a new bathroom from his company to name a few things. My son has also purchased vinyl windows, doors, a roof, a new kitchen, and a new deck from him. The work done on our homes has always been nothing but excellent. His installer, Neil, is the best. The windows look beautiful and are extremely efficient. The company was easy to work with, very professional and the pricing was reasonable. Certified Home Remodelers did an excellent replacement of 11 windows for me. Brad, the owner, was very professional and knowledgeable. Much more so then Window Nation who sent a young sales person that was not as knowledgeable of their product. Brad used the Alside Mezzo window which is an excellent middle of the road product. Neil, the installer, nailed the measurement process and installed them without a hitch. Neil's placement, aluminum wrap, and calking was perfect! I highly recommend Brad and his team for window replacement.

There is no area of our experience that would receive less than 5 stars. We had a fairly small job- several windows and 2 sliders replaced plus a custom doggie door install. The price was fair and getting financing was easy. The workmen were extremely competent, careful, cheerful, clean and they did everything possible to not interfere with our lives. Couldnt ask for more and we will definitely rehire for future work.

Brad Jessup and his company were fantastic! We finally decided to replace the cedar-siding on our house with a more durable, synthetic siding. Brad was very helpful in advising us on various products, etc. , and his crew was excellent; thorough, diligent, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. His company also replaced our deck with new decking (the floor boards) and they were also really great. I had all the windows in my house replaced. Brad was great to work with during the quote process. He gave me several options and didnt try to upsell me on stuff I didnt need.
The install team (Neal) was amazing as well! They put their heart and soul into ensuring that everything was done perfectly!

Brad and his team at Certified Home Remodelers did an excellent job with my roof, cabinets, and deck. Brad kept costs to a minimum, always made sure that we were in compliance with the law and had the appropriate permits, and was always in communication with me about progress. We worked with Brad from Certified Home Remodelers at the end of last year and were completed satisfied with the work. They replaced our roof, siding, several windows and a porch railing. The work for each part of the project was started on the date promised, even though we had rain during the period the work was done.
