Certuse Adjustment

November 21, 2005: During the upcoming winter months Elaine Ellis our in office Claims Examiner is taking a short hiatus form her position here at the firm and will be spending some time down in sunny Florida with her family. We currently have grown accustomed to Elaine's expertise in watching over our work product and have been looking for the best person to sit at her desk and oversee the many reports and estimates that are reviewed prior to release each day.
