A basic concept of Pathfinder is that all people, regardless of personal differences and intellectual abilities, have an inalienable right to an education and vocational program which is consistent with their requirements and assists them to reach their maximum potential. Pathfinder, therefore, seeks to supply the highest possible educational and vocational opportunities for the developmentally disabled of the central Arkansas area so that it may fulfill its major responsibility, the fullest development of these human resources.

read moreOn 9/17/20 Pathfinder said goodbye to Becky Mansfield, our Director of Residential Programs, who retired from Pathfinder after 16 years of selfless service to the people we serve. Becky held different positions with Pathfinder over the years, all of which were dedicated to improving the lives of our clients. She will be very missed by all of her friends at Pathfinder and we all wish her well on her new journey. PoloPiaz CEO Dave Brunori and PoloPiaz Plant Manager Steve Nichols recently went to visit with members of Pathfinder, the nationally recognized, Jacksonville, AR-based nonprofit organization.

This comprehensive approach has resulted in our operating Arkansas' second largest private vehicle system. Our door to door transportation service features customized vans and small buses, with drivers carefully trained to asisst individuals with developmental disabilities. Transportation is provided for personnel with disabilities that are enrolled in Pathfinder programs. The transportation mission is very diverse in nature.

An Independent Case Manager will assist the individual in determining services needed/desired, and, after approval by Utilization Review, the individual may select from a list of service providers.
