Dr. Sullivan at the Charles Retina Institute was very nice, smart & very knowledgeable of my situation. Very personable, very concerned about you when seen by him. The staff from the front desk to all the different technicians who take several pictures are very knowledgeable & personable also. I recommend Dr. Sullivan for your eye care needs. He studied in Medical degrees in my home town.

I have been seeing Dr Fingerhut for several years for AMD. He is professional, kind, able to answer all of my questions and direct me to recent research articles. His assistants and front office personnel are wonderful. I highly recommend him for AMD treatment. This was at his office on Poplar.

Dr Sullivan performed the most thorough diabetic evaluation/examination on my eye with emphasis on my symptoms and health history. I was sure I was in good hand. I plan on visiting Dr Sullivan at Charles Retina Institute for my annual diabetic evaluation exam every year.

I like Dr Sullivan. Hes very nice and professional. Im not fond of the factory and long waits for various tests before you actually see the doctor. Ive spent 1.5 - 4 hours there for an appt depending on specific date and time. The shortest waits are in the morning!

Had a shot yesterday in my right eye & the young man that numbed my eye & prepped me for the shot was terrific! Dr Charles did the actual shot & afterwards my eye was cleaned. Best shot by far!

Service was on point. Didn't have to sit a long time even though I was within my grace period. And all the people that I saw when I arrived a lot of them were gone. Friendly staff!

This was my first visit to the Charles Retina Institute since my relocation to Memphis. As with any 'first' visit to a new doctor, nerves are high. But, from the moment I walked in and was served by the admissions receptionist, to the nurse who provided my next service, and to finally seeing Dr. Charles, I felt cared for. I was impressed and truly appreciated the receptionist pronouncing my last name correctly. I felt heard at every station, with each care provider discussing in detail with me my medical history. The level of care was comparable to that of my previous doctor in the city I relocated from, and that was reassuring. I'm glad I have now established medical care with an eye provider I feel I can trust.
