Chateau d' Bakersfield is an adult day health care facility (18 & over) delivering organized day programs of Independent Living Skills Training, Mental Wellness Groups, Medical Monitoring, Physical Therapy maintenance, Occupational Therapy Maintenance, psychological assessments and treatment, medical social services, speech therapy as needed, and nutritional screening and planning to Individuals with special requirements (persons with physical or mental impairments for the goal of restoring or maintaining optimal capacity for self-care)
