We have light carpet in our upstairs and in our steps. We also have 2 dogs and cats. It can get messy. Since using this Chem-Dry location and Ricky as our technician, I wont go anywhere else. Not only is Ricky very professional, very sweet and respectful, he is so very good at his trade. He takes the time to do it right and never rushes any part of it.

We schedule our cleanings around his availability- every time. Cannot recommend him enough. Also, dealings with the office have also been wonderful. The ladies are respectful, polite, know their jobs and are as accommodating as they can be. Have never had an issue with calls not be answered timely, billing, pricing or scheduling.

Chem Dry is the best. We have used them for years at our home and rental properties. They show up on time, get in and out quickly and leave rugs looking great. Good on pet stains too. Highly recommend. Judy Perras Decatur

We have been having our carpet cleaned by Chem Dry for about 5 years now. At our request, Ricky recently came to our home and did his usual, great job. We are very pleased with Chem Dry because of their business practices and customer service. Ricky has always been punctual, courteous, and respectful. I was able get service very quickly. Tristan did a great job on removing spots that had been there for quite some time. He was very thorough and professional.

It was a quick process. The carpet was cleaned efficiently and done well (had a pet stain there prompted it).

The overall service was good, the price was fair, however a few things can be improved, the technician did not wear any kind of protective shoes the standard application did not include any scent ingredient so it was pretty plain on that area the finish was good looking but not scent, and the technician was offering additional services so sales should be managed during the appointment not on site while you dont know if you need more and it should be perform for somebody train on sales.

Our tech, Tristin, was on time, very personable and pleasant. The stains he worked on appear to be gone. He explained the process, suggested a cleaning solution for us to use, if necessary. Very friendly. Answered all of the questions I had. Called prior to arrival to give an estimated time of arrival. Kevin was very diligent in cleaning all of my grout in the kitchen. Our tech, a gentleman called Bryan, texted me half an hour before his arrival with an ETA that was within the time frame I had been given. He was pleasant and polite, answered my questions, added a service I wanted but had forgotten to ask for, was accommodating and worked quickly and efficiently. He did a great job. Great service from Kevin at chem-dry in Marietta came out was very knowledgeable about my situation and was able to offer me a solution to every one of my issues. Chem-Dry Atlanta (Marietta Location) did a great job. There was a small hiccup in the beginning but they corrected it immediately without pause. My carpets, area rugs, sectional, and dinning room chairs look awesome! Our tech, Kevin was courteous, professional, and put safety first wearing his mask during the entire job. If you listen closely you'll catch Kevin singing as he does his job signaling that he enjoys his work.

I would recommend Chem-dry Atlanta to anyone who wants a pleasant experience. Especially, to my military families in the area because they do honor our military service by offering a military discount. Be prepared to present a valid military ID upon completion of your service. I look forward to working with Kevin again to complete the rest of the house.

Hired Chem Dry to clean carpets after we got a puppy! Micheal was very knowledgeable and did a great job! Carpet smells fresh and looks great! Would highly suggest, especially if you have pets.

Wow! Where do I start? Michael is an absolutely incredible employee. The Chem-Dry team is lucky to have him. He was knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions, professional and very friendly. You can tell he takes pride in his work and after using him/Chem-Dry once, I was so impressed that I decided to call them back a few months later and have Michael visit my home again.

Bryan is remarkable. He has cleaned my carpet several times with impeccable results. My husband's shoes seem to carry a permanent black residue that insults my carpet and a good cleaning is imperative. Not only does Bryan clean but he deodorizes the carpet which leaves the entire house smelling fresh for weeks. Two thumbs all the way up for Bryan.

We had our basement carpet cleaned by Chem Dry this week. Brian the technician was on time for the appointment and worked hard on some carpet that definitely needed help. After it dried, we noticed some streaked areas the next morning. A phone call to the office to discuss our concerns and within an hour Brian returned and corrected our concerns. The carpet now lloks good for its age. Thanks for the quick response.
