Antoine Ridgeway did an excellent job of cleaning our carpets in three rooms and one full size couch in the living room. What a difference. He was very respectful, courteous, hard-working and professional. I couldn't be more satisfied.

Our son, daughter in law, 1 yr old granddaughter along with their 3 rescue dogs came to visit for 5 weeks. When they left they called ChemDry to Shampoo our carpets. They did an amazing job! The guy that came was professional, friendly and really cared in doing a great job! We even added the tile cleaning in our kitchen and bathroom. We are 100% satisfied and will definitely call again!

The service was superb. The representative was extremely polite and professional. Our carpet is more than 25 years old and although has normal wear it was cleaned beautifully. The scent of the cleaner is fresh and clean smelling.

I've had them out several times over the years and they've done a good job. I did mention to them that it would be nice to see prices for extras ahead of time instead of trying to add on when they come over.

John did a great job cleaning all my carpets in house including bedrooms. They are so clean and look great! My sectional sofa also looks great! With the protectant on everything, sofa and rugs smell great. He even got out stains on living room rug that were old and stain in one bedroom. John did a wonderful cleaning in my house!

We bought a new house & wanted to have the carpets professionally cleaned, without the traditional amount of water & methods, so we tried CHEM-DRY! They had a special offer, providing the amount of service we needed (3 room special). Making the appt was effortless on their site & communication was convenient via text! The professionals were EARLY, personable, informative (w/o pushing excessive additional sales) and thorough.
We walked the areas, discussed any of concern (dont ever go over your carpets with a black light ) and they went to work. The process was quick & it only took 2-4 hrs to dry (due to use of less water in their process). If you are considering a carpet cleaning service, consider CHEM-DRY!

The service is great! I took off one star because of how they price. I had two bedrooms cleaned that were very small and beds were taking up most of the room. It was only a small walk area to be cleaned and they still charged me as it were a full bedroom. I was hoping they could count the two rooms as one.

We had Chem-Dry come to clean our couch and area rug this past weekend. Our cleaner was Tony and he was phenomenal! He definitely had his work cut out for him with our couch and I am beyond happy with the end result. 10 out of 10 would recommended if you are looking for any cleanings.

As always, the team at Chem-Dry was kind, courteous, and professional. It's amazing what they'll pull out of your furniture and carpets, everything in my living room looks brand new, and my dog has done a number on it. We get a cleaning done once a year. If you have animals and urine stains, pay the extra for their pet treatments - they really work and you can't expect the basic cleaning to effectively treat.

I have used Chem-Dry of Buffalo for many years and would never consider using any other company. My carpets always turn out beautifully and dry in just a few hours. The cleaning team is knowledgeable and professional. Also, everyone has always been very pleasant to interact with. My most recent cleaning last Friday went as expected. Joe was our technician. He was prompt, courteous, and did an excellent job. The carpets and upholstery came out great. He did an excellent job at getting the dog hair out our furniture. We will be using Chem dry on a yearly basis. Well worth the money.

ChemDry has been coming to clean my carpets for years. They have been timely, polite, and trustworthy. Brandon has been coming the past few years and he has done a wonderful job, my carpets are clean, fresh and ready for the holidays. This year he also cleaned my in-laws home and was very understanding about working with a person with dementia and took great care with them and cleaning their carpets. I'm looking forward to their next visit.

I cannot recommend Chem-Dry more highly for water damage cleanup! Our area had been hit by record breaking torrential rain on a Saturday. We came into our office on Monday morning to find collapsed ceiling tiles, soaked carpeting, and standing water on some of the desks. Chem-Dry responded immediately, brought in 3 large blowers and a huge dehumidifier.
It took 3 days to finish the process, ending with a complete cleaning of our carpet. During that time they stopped in to check on progress and always called ahead to let us know when they'd arrive and they always arrived when they said they would -- or even sooner! The techs Joe and John were very pleasant to work with as was Sherry in the office. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

We could not be happier! KUDOS to Josh and John; both were consummate Professionals, and most importantly Gentlemen! Could not be happier! What a PLEASURE! The results and price were wonderful!
