Chicago Dog & Deli

Chicago Dog and Deli opened its doors in Savannah on February 26, 2007. Joe, the Owner, purchased the 1st Chicago Dog and Deli in Des Moines Iowa in 1994 and was voted the finest hot dog in Des Moines by the City View newspaper. Joe sold the restaurant in 2003 and reopened in Bennington Nebraska, a tiny town outside of Omaha. Joe decided to leave the cold North and found his new home in Savannah. He immediately opened Joe's Chicago Style Hot Dogs in the River Street Market Place in February of 2006.
