We chartered a sprinter van from Chicago to South Bend for a college football game. The driver was great and on time. There was a smart tv in the van that was easy to work. We would definitely recommend Chief Limos!

We booked Chief Chicago Limo at last minute since there was an issue with booking with another transport company. My executive expects top tier service and that is what our team got. Our driver Abu was accommodating , personable and professional. This company is outstanding. The car was updated and clean. Chief Chicago Limo was a great experience for us. My 18 year old daughter was meeting friends in Chicago so we booked her a car to get to and from the hotel instead of using Uber, since she was alone. Everyone was very helpful and so nice and my daughter had no issues with either ride. We would definitely use them again when in Chicago. We had an issue with our card payment and even that was handled swiftly causing no issues in the service. A+!

I received amazing service. My first time to Chicago. The driver picking me up at OHare took the time to provide detailed instructions on where to meet. The car was clean and extremely comfortable. He gave me descriptions of the vehicle and the license plate. On my return trip my driver was the owner. He was personable, professional and so very kind. I highly recommend this service

We went from Iowa City to Chicago. The service I received was excellent. I was contacted prior to the actual trip and given the driver's name, along with info regarding to the car. The driver arrived promptly. He was professional, friendly and courteous. He loaded out luggage and we were off. The car was very nice , roomy and extremely clean. We relaxed and enjoyed the ride home.
The whole trip was stress free and we even arrived at our destination a little early. The service from beginning was excellent. Actually, when I return to Iowa, in a few weeks, I will use Chief Chicago Limo again.

Our driver was fantastic. We had an international flight and were going through immigration and customs. He stayed in touch with us tracking our progress so that he could time his arrival for when we will be ready with our bags. He was right there when we came through. We had a lot of luggage and he helped us with all of it. I highly recommend this service.

Kalo was wonderful! He was very professional, on time, car was very nice and clean! We used him for a ride to and home from the airport on a trip right before Christmas. He remembered that we had our 5 year old son traveling with us and even had a little gift for him when he picked us up on the way home. I would use him again in a second!!

Traveling with my family during these challenging times is hard enough, let alone to downtown Chicago. Upon arrival our driver Kalo was waiting, helped with our luggage and before we knew it at our hotel in downtown Chicago. Because he was so nice, clean and sanitized car, we hired him to drive us around for the several days before also taking us back to the airport.

Kalo showed up early, brought me breakfast, and provided excellent service and recommendations throughout my trip. Much better than hoping an Uber driver shows up on time or is even available.

Marco took me in his sedan to my vaccine appt in the suburbs from the city. He was on time, waited with me, clean, respectful of COVID safety guidelines and held great conversation.

My dad booked this car service for my friends and I and it was amazing. We were very hesitant to take the train due to covid and the fact that we had quite a bit of luggage. Kalo was our driver and he made sure we all felt safe and even gave us hand sanitizer as soon as we stepped in the car! It was quick, safe, and a lovely ride to the apartment. 10/10 recommend booking them for your next trip in Chicago.
